UK orders normaly dispatch 1-2 working days after purchase.
Dispatch days do not include the day of purchase, weekends or holidays.
During busy periods please allow longer.
Royal Mail 1st & 2nd class signed tracking numbers will only update once delivered, they are not designed for tracking during transit and are just for proof of shipping and delivery. If you try to track your Royal Mail order it will say "Sorry, we're currently unable to confirm the status of your item " This is normal, and simply means it is in transit and has not been delivered yet.
All services require a signature and therefore may not be left in a safe place.
Average delivery times are from the day of dispatch, not from the day of order.
Prices include a small 3rd party warehouse fulfillment charge. We never knowingly overcharge on shipping!

All services may be delayed due to Covid-19, natural disasters, adverse weather, vehicle accidents and human error. No services are guaranteed and no refunds are offered for late or delayed orders as delivery is out of our control.
In most cases neither ourselves nor the courier's customer service staff can see any details at all that you can't already see yourself on the tracking page, so please be patient if you have a late order and have received tracking info, until the time given by the couriers website has passed for it to be classed as missing.
No refunds or compensation is offered for late delivery as delays are becoming more common since covid-19 began, and delivery is out of the sellers control once a courier receives an order.
If an order is confirmed as missing it will be replaced or refunded. Please be patient before thinking an order is missing as most of the time it is simply delayed.
Items must be signed for or have delivery confirmation, therefore items can NOT be left in a safe place. Sorry!
PO BOXES & BFPO ADDRESSES ( BFPO, APO, PSC etc) ARE NO LONGER SHIPPED TO DUE TO THE FOLLOWING REASONS...
In many cases couriers cannot gain access to the base, and as most couriers are on a time restraint they will not wait for someone to give them access. This causes issues with deliveries to the above and as a result they are no longer offered.
As well as the above, Royal Mail do not allow the fulfillment center to book orders to Military addresses via their franking machine, so they can't deliver to these addresses even though both they and I would like too.
Should you happen to be a member of the Armed Forces it is recommended you ship to a friend or family member and they forward it on to you. Very sorry about that!

Tracking info will be sent to you the day or evening of dispatch. Make sure you check your spam folder and set email@example.com as a contact/safe address in your email settings.
Tracking numbers beginning with a number are sent via DPD. DPD will give you a 1-2 hour delivery slot in most cases.
Tracking numbers with a letter are sent via Royal Mail.
If you are not home, check your tracking Online and arrange redelivery or pickup A.S.A.P or it may be returned after 5 days. The driver may not leave a card so you need to check Online.
If you work all week then you can enter your work address in the checkout, or a friend, family member, neighbours address.
Resistance bands are pretty much impossible to damage in transit unless the van explodes, so no need to ever worry about damage in transit! In the unlikely event that this does happen, you will be sent a replacement set.
